Your host for every session will be business coach Warren Coughlin, who is sponsoring this program. Warren is committed to helping entrepreneurs and executives grow themselves and their businesses, so they can live the lives they seek. He has been a business coach with ActionCOACH since 2002, and has been recognized as Canadian Coach of the Year, Top Performing Coach in Canada, and has been consistently recognized as one of the top 15 coaches among the 1,200+ coaches around the world in ActionCoach. He is also part of the Global Training Team to train new coaches and a member of ActionCOACH’s President’s Club advisory group. Warren works exclusively with entrepreneurs to help them succeed.

As a former lawyer, a professor of marketing and sales, and an entrepreneur who has created and managed a number of different businesses, Warren brings to his coaching practice a remarkably broad range of perspectives, skills and a unique sensitivity to the challenges all entrepreneurs face. After having worked on Bay Street in the areas of intellectual property, civil litigation, administrative litigation and family law, Warren co-founded a leading interactive strategy and marketing consulting firm that provided research, strategy and marketing consulting services to clients such as the Royal Bank and CBC, to name just a few. In his capacity as the head of new venture development, he also created a recruiting company, an online training initiative in partnership with two leading industry associations and co-developed a national awards program for the Canadian new media industry. And, just to make sure both parts of his brain are fully engaged, Warren is also an actor and an award-winning theatre director, which has allowed him to become an accomplished and experienced presenter, as well as an innovative trainer in presentation skills. Warren injects creativity and passion into each Success Circle event, ensuring that it is stimulating, educational and fun. 

In addition to coaching Success Circle Members and individual entrepreneurs, Warren also leads a number of group programs and frequently presents to and facilitates for various organizations. He has presented on team building and leadership, and facilitated for executives and teams at organizations as diverse as Rogers, TransGlobe Property Management, Manulife, Safetech Environmental, Toronto District School Board, Toronto Community Housing, Design Lab and Wynford.

He has also been asked to present to a wide range of industry associations including the Interactive Multimedia Arts and Technology Association, the Canadian Association of Photographers and Illustrators, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Professional Organizers of Canada, the Canadian Italian Business Professionals Association, the Ontario Bar Association, Green Enterprise Toronto, the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the Canadian Society for Training and Development.

In addition to his entrepreneurial and coaching activities, he has served on various boards, including the inaugural Board of Directors of the Fringe of Toronto Theatre Festival, and the Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals. He is now on the Board of Directors of Street Kids International, where he is leading an initiative to provide street youth in Nepal with entrepreneurial training, the opportunity to work in a practice business and to receive seed financing and coaching. He is also on the Board of The Funding Network, which enables individuals to join together to fund social change projects. 

Having attended and observed dozens of different seminars and programs, both in entrepreneurship and in personal growth, Warren grew concerned about the lack of detailed how-to’s being offered. There was a lot of valuable and interesting content, but many attendees were not able to make long lsting changes in their businesses or lives because they had neither specific tools nor sufficient support to help them. Success Circle is designed to fill that void.
