WHAT IS SUCCESS CIRCLE™?
Success Circle™ is a monthly educational program for entrepreneurs that works on a 3-month cycle.
Month 1: 90-Day Planning Session
In this half-day on a Friday, Warren Coughlin will facilitate Success Circle™ Members through the creation of a plan for their next quarter. Guided planning will take place. There is also time for breakfast networking and experiential training in Members’ areas of interest, such as presentation skills or marketing.
Month 2: Intense Training in One Area of Business
In this evening session, Warren Coughlin provides valuable coaching in one area of business that will help you execute your plan from Month 1. Warren will be coaching you in subjects that include sales tracking, recruitment, incentive programs, team building, financial management, marketing and leadership skills, to name just a few. Each session includes detailed step-by-step instructions, scripts, templates, strategies and tactics.
Month 3: Guest Speakers + Accountability Session
Month 3’s evening session features expert guest speakers who will educate Success Circle™ Members on a particular area of interest that will help you succeed. Topics include such areas as fitness, wellness, personal financial management, investment, benefits programs, A/R collection, effective use of technology, sources of financing, reward and recognition, social media campaigns, dressing for success, etc. Warren will also be holding Success Circle™ Members accountable for success in implementing their plan thus far, and will ensure that they are on track for the balance of the 90-day plan.
